Bob Hess, Chair of the Community Emergency Radio Association (CERA), will be discussing CERA's Neighborhood Radio Watch (NRW) program at the Four Corners Land Owners Association (FCLOA)'s Annual Meeting. Attendees will learn why being part of CERA's NRW program is an essential safety net to stay informed and be able to communicate during emergencies that can disrupt cell and internet services.
Bob is also the Chair for the Coloma-Lotus Fire Safe Council and will also provide an overview of the Council's goals, efforts, and activities.
